Job Description We are seeking Customer Experience Associates to deliver excellent service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience across different communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document all interactions and updates
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on customer experience tools and company processes

Requirements:

• K–12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Must have stable internet connection at home
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
