Engineering Assistant

WE ARE HIRING: ENGINEERING ASSISTANT / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

We are looking for a reliable and systematic Engineering Assistant / Document Controller to manage project documentation, maintain accurate records, prepare monitoring reports, and coordinate with different departments to support efficient project execution and timely project releases.

The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong organizational skills, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks and confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents and maintain organized physical and digital records.

• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper filing.

• Distribute, retrieve, and track project documents across departments.

• Prepare and update weekly and monthly project monitoring reports.

• Maintain departmental trackers, records, and documentation templates.

• Coordinate with TMS, Sales, Production, and other departments to support timely project releases.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and company information.

• Perform other related administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a three-year college course or higher.

• Previous experience as a Document Controller, Engineering Assistant, Project Assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Familiarity with project management and document control processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good typing, editing, data entry, and document organization skills.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage but not required.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and coordinate effectively with project teams.
