Accountant 1, Global Intercompany

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Accountant 1 to execute intercompany accounting activities across global entities. The role focuses on transaction processing, balance sheet reconciliation, compliance, and month-end/year-end close support in a standardized, process-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily and period-end intercompany posting, matching, clearing, and reconciliation activities
- Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles across assigned entities
- Ensure compliance with J&J Credo, Worldwide Procedures, SOX, and statutory requirements
- Identify, escalate, and resolve control gaps, reconciliation issues, and intercompany disputes
- Contribute to process improvements and support automation and standardization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 18–24 months of accounting or finance operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Openness to learning global processes and systems
