- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system functionalities based on customer feedback.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on GDS features and updates.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues to relevant departments.
