Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to financial services and travel accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, refunds, reservations, bookings, and itinerary changes .
- Provide accurate information about financial products, travel policies, fares, schedules, and promotions .
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following company policies, compliance standards, and security procedures .
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
Qualifications

• Basic to good English communication skills

Salary Package
• Earn 25,000 to 30,000 monthly offer + Monetary benefits
• Plus account allowance and performance incentives
