Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist

As a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end supply chain and customer service activities for assigned markets and customers. You will coordinate order management, shipment execution, logistics operations, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with global processes, service level agreements, and operational standards. This role requires close collaboration with factories, logistics providers, customers, and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

As a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist, you will:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and customers to ensure successful order execution and delivery.
• Monitor and manage shipments, transportation activities, and delivery performance through SAP and related systems.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, export, customs, billing, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support demand and supply planning processes by maintaining relevant master data and coordinating demand changes.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving operational issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and period-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, J-SOX controls, and global operating procedures.
• Identify and support process improvements, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational risks, business disruptions, and issue resolution to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or related field within a multinational environment is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of order management, logistics operations, customer service processes, and supply chain execution.
• Experience working with SAP HANA or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with international trade, shipping documentation, and transportation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
