- The Helper will assist team members and professionals in performing various tasks in a variety of work environments, such as construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or retail environments. The role requires a willingness to perform a variety of physical and manual labor duties to support skilled workers and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (some roles may require a specific level of education).
- Previous Experience in a similar role may be preferred but is often not required. On-the-job training is common.
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (may vary based on the specific job).
- Ability to stand, bend, or kneel for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (outdoors) or within different environments (e.g., warehouse, construction site).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or machinery (depending on the industry).
- Ability to follow directions and assist more skilled workers effectively.
- Good hand-eye coordination for carrying, moving, or assembling materials.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Good organizational skills to keep work areas clean and organized.
