- We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in various tasks and support the team in day-to-day operations. The Helper will perform duties that are essential to the smooth functioning of the workplace, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (may vary depending on the job). Comfort with standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and assist colleagues when needed. Collaborative attitude is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and ensure tasks are completed as directed.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality. Willingness to take initiative and show dependability on the job.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of workplace safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Basic Problem-Solving: Ability to address simple problems as they arise and seek help from supervisors when needed.
- Experience (Preferred, but not required): Previous experience in a manual labor or support role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Flexibility: Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to different work conditions.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in different environments, including outdoor or potentially noisy or physically demanding spaces.
