Accounting Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor who will take the lead in overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing a team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, billing, and disbursements.
This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, improving accounting processes, and providing reliable financial insights to support management decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the accounting team
- Review, verify, and approve financialtransactions and supporting documentation
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Monitor and analyze financial activities including receivables, payables, expenses, and revenues
- Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of billing, costing and recording of transactions
- Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements (BIR)
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and auditors
- Mentor, train and support accounting staff for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- 2–5 years supervisory experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding or manpower/recruitment or related industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Can start immediately
