- The R&D Associate is responsible for supporting the research, design, development, and testing of new products or services. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can assist in the innovation process, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring that products meet required specifications and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Product Design, etc.).
- Proven experience in R&D or a similar role (preferably in the industry the company operates in).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct and document experiments in a methodical and scientific manner.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical analysis software, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
