Equipment and Materials Staff

- Assists in maintaining and repairing all outlet and factory equipment
- Helps in the upkeep of carts, kiosks, and booths in all company outlets
- Performs installation, dismantling, and pull-out of carts and equipment
- Ensures proper storage of company mascot, store, and factory equipment (e.g., freezers, ovens, steam kettles, rollers, proofers, sealers)
- Supports maintenance and repair strategies to ensure cost-efficient operations
- Assists in checking, receiving, and inspecting newly purchased equipment
- Provides maintenance support for offices and factory facilities
- Responds to inquiries, suggestions, or complaints related to maintenance and equipment services
- Coordinates with the Supply Management and Logistics Division for smooth operations
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
- Graduate of a 6-month vocational course or any TESDA-accredited related course
- Basic knowledge in carpentry, electrical wiring, and kitchen appliance repair
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience as an electrician or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge in computer applications
- Can communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Possesses basic decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Has strong work ethic and follows company policies strictly
