Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Prospecting Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and sales development teams. Hunt for new accounts via cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build a healthy pipeline of active enterprise prospects and opportunities.
- Sales Execution & Deal Closing Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client business needs. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level arrangements. Close transactions efficiently to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Account Management & Expansion Serve as primary liaison between the client and internal company departments. Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue from existing client books. Resolve client complaints promptly to guard company satisfaction metrics.
- Tracking & Reporting Maintain CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate interaction logs. Forecast weekly sales and project updates for leadership transparency. Analyze market trends and monitor competitive landscape behaviors
