Manager, Payments & Experience (PEX) Global Process

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Payments & Experience Global Process to support procurement leadership in developing and maintaining global standard processes, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves working with Global Process Leads and Service Delivery teams to optimize procurement operations across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Process Leads in governance and improvement of end-to-end standard process design, cost models, and process assessments
- Serve as subject matter expert for digital procurement tools; coordinate with IT on system releases and impact assessments
- Monitor and optimize metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate controls and compliance oversight; support audit activities and internal control frameworks
- Drive automation and AI implementation projects within assigned procurement areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification
- 6–8 years of procurement, finance, or related business experience
- Working knowledge of eMP and AP Supplier Portal systems
- Knowledge of Requisition to Pay, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data workflows
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw evidence-based conclusions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with procurement process design and continuous improvement culture
