Social Media & Content Specialist
EPS CONSULTANT
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Support Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
• Recommend content strategies to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Adapt social media content for different regional markets and audiences.
2. Creative Strategy & Content Development
• Conceptualise creative ideas for static posts, carousels, Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, and digital campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs and provide direction to designers and video editors.
• Ensure visual content aligns with IHH Healthcare's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Identify creative opportunities to improve storytelling and content engagement.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality social media materials.
3 . Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write engaging social media captions, headlines, hooks, video titles, descriptions, and calls to action.
• Develop clear, compelling, and patient-friendly healthcare content.
• Simplify complex medical information while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity.
• Create content for healthcare awareness campaigns, medical specialties, hospital services, and patient education.
• Review and refine content to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.
4. Regional Coordination & Collaboration
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
• Support content localisation and adaptation across different markets.
Manage multiple content requirements while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure content follows healthcare communication standards, internal approval processes, and applicable advertising guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, content development, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and social media best practices.
• Excellent English copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualise engaging social media content.
• Good understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regional marketing environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
Advantageous but Not Required
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager or managing Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or medical content development.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, YouTube Studio, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting regional or multilingual social media campaigns.
• Basic video editing, motion graphics, or graphic design skills.
