Social Media Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. This role focuses on content posting, audience engagement, page management, and supporting campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and online community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media posting and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in content planning and execution based on the marketing calendar
- Coordinate with the marketing and creatives team for content materials and captions
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Ensure all posts follow brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in social media handling, page management, or online community management
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
