- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and order processing
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug classifications
