Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities - Assist customers with product selection and provide information on features and benefits.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock inventory as needed.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting current sales and discounts to customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 years exp. as sales assistant/documentation
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and teamwork abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer management.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to perform inventory management and understand sales concepts.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capability to assist in sales training and team performance.
