YOUR ROLE:
As a Healthcare CSR, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, and coverage
- Provide support for claims, billing, and healthcare services
- Help customers locate information about providers and services
- Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Protect confidential customer and healthcare information
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate with or without experience
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months Customer service-related experience
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate with 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service-oriented and willing to help others
- Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays when required
