Daily Responsibilities Overview - Handle incoming employee inquiries via phone with professionalism and care.
- Evaluate employee concerns and determine the most suitable response or solution.
- Ask thoughtful questions to gather necessary details and guide the conversation effectively.
- Record interactions and categorize them appropriately for tracking and reporting.
- Communicate with empathy, patience, and respect to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate customers on how to independently access relevant information in the future.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and thorough information to minimize repeat inquiries and improve satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies to safeguard sensitive employee data.
- Calm and support distressed callers by showing understanding and sound judgment.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Suggest enhancements to processes that improve consistency, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in special tasks and projects as needed.
Qualification
- College Graduate with/without experience
- 2 years completed in college with 6 months of customer work.
