Position: Healthcare Support Specialist
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Qualifications:
• College Graduate or Associate Graduate, any course
• At least 2 years of BPO/Call Center experience
• Experience handling international healthcare accounts
• Background in Pre-Authorization, Benefits & Eligibility, and Claims
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup and shifting schedules
What You’ll Do:
• Assist healthcare members with benefits and eligibility inquiries
• Handle pre-authorization and claims-related concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare coverage
• Deliver professional and efficient member support
