Onboarding & Customer Experience Specialist – Remote
100% Work From Home | South Africa | Full-Time
Are you experienced in customer service, onboarding, or e-commerce and enjoy helping people get started on the right foot?
TalentPop App is looking for an Onboarding & Customer Experience Specialist to help newly hired agents transition smoothly from training into their client roles.
You’ll work closely with new agents, clients, and internal teams to make sure each agent is prepared, supported, and ready to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Guide newly hired agents through the onboarding and transition process
- Prepare agents for client roles, including onboarding and shadowing sessions
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep onboarding on track
- Help agents set up and navigate e-commerce tools and platforms
- Observe agent performance and provide feedback during the transition
- Identify and communicate any concerns before agents move into their client roles
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and follow-up activities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, BPO, e-commerce, onboarding, or a related role
- Experience supporting or training new employees is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with clients, new hires, and internal teams
- Organized and able to manage multiple onboarding activities
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfortable learning and working with different software and online tools
- Shopify, Gorgias, HubSpot, or similar experience is a plus
You don't need to have experience with every tool. We're looking for someone who is organized, people-focused, adaptable, and comfortable helping others succeed .
