You will be responsible for the quality assurance and safety of the work performed by Trust and Safety resources whose role includes analyzing, working with, viewing and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. The Trust & Safety team, including quality assurance and responsible AI resources, does meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to, work with, view, and proactively engage with potentially disturbing, objectionable, and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). You may serve as an important line of defense by systematically testing, evaluating and challenging AI systems to improve the integrity, quality, and safety of AI generated content. Therefore, any role supporting Trust & Safety resources needs strong resilience and coping skills. As a Quality Auditor, you will be: • Responsible for Quality Audits and safety of content ensuring service meets the client and org goals and standards of quality and responsible AI. • Need to enforce the defined policy guidelines for all workflows assigned under the Content Moderation or responsible AI scope. • Need to ensure timely quality and responsible AI insights are shared to drive process improvements. Note: The reviewed/audited content could be sensitive or of graphic nature RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs Quality audits to ensure that L1 auditors across locations are aligned with policies and processes • Meet volume and quality targets for all quality assurance audits • Leads calibration procedures and coordinate with site leads and vendors the gaps and opportunities identified • Does dispute management procedures across sites and vendors • Identify root cause analysis for factors contributing high calibration variance • Develop, document and update audit methodologies, checklists and quality parameters to ensure the team is aligned with current quality standards • Validate the correct application of spiels, processes and guidelines aligned with client standards • Serve as policy experts • Review, classify and/or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels; improve prompt perturbation techniques for interrogating large language models • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines • Investigate, resolve, research and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team to optimize the team’s processes and increase efficiency OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard QA Profile • At least 3 years of relevant experience; 1-year supervisory experience • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills • Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies • Strong attention to detail • Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams • Strong critical thinking and decision-making (approval/rejection) skills
