- The Purchasing Assistant supports the purchasing department in managing the procurement of goods and services required by the organization. They assist in sourcing, evaluating suppliers, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update purchase order records, inventory levels, and supplier information in the database.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
- -good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
