Job Title: Financial Customer Service Representative Location: Davao City, Davao del Sur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱40,000 per month Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Shifting Schedule Job Summary The Financial Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services. The role involves assisting clients with account concerns, providing accurate information on financial products, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and industry regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver professional customer support in a voice-based contact center environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking and financial account inquiries. Assist customers with transactions, account-related concerns, and service requests. Provide accurate information on financial products, services, and policies. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and financial regulations. Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary. Meet established performance and quality standards. Qualifications Senior High School graduate (K-12) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome. No prior Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer navigation and data entry skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Willing to work onsite in Davao City. Willing to work on shifting schedules.
