Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service plans.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers.
- Assist customers with purchases, orders, upgrades, and account-related requests.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Meet individual sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
