Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other non-voice communication channels.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, orders, product information, and service requests.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely written responses.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
