As a Branch Manager, you lead a team that delivers both results and care. You are responsible for ensuring that sales and collections targets are consistently met , especially in business loans like SME and Real Estate Mortgage (REM) . You coach Account Officers to grow their portfolios through client onboarding and retention, while keeping branch operations compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.
- Lead branch sales and collection efforts, with emphasis on SME and REM loan products
- Coach and supervise Account Officers in client onboarding, account management, and field follow-through
- Review loan endorsements, monitor account performance, and guide decision-making on borderline cases
- Implement timely collection strategies and follow-ups on overdue accounts
- Ensure smooth coordination between field and admin operations
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance within branch processes
- With significant field experience in lending or financing operations
- Preferably with a background in business loan origination and collections
- Strong leadership, coordination, and coaching skills
- Able to manage sales targets while ensuring operational discipline
- Trustworthy, organized, and decisive in field and office settings
