- The Sales Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance to the sales team, customers, and prospective clients. This position ensures the successful demonstration, configuration, and troubleshooting of products and services, helping to secure new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of the company’s products or services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM and other sales-related software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functionally with various departments.
