Description - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Respond to support requests and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and user requests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
