Sales Consultant

- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and address inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations; process customer orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking shelves, and process stock orders to maintain optimal inventory.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and filing; operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are neatly displayed, and the store environment is clean and organized.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in a business-related field may be preferred for certain positions.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not always mandatory.
- Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer Service: Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Organizational Abilities: Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing duties, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and sales software (CRM) is often required.
