- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position with a dynamic work environment.
