Sales Admin Team Lead

Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Team Lead supervises the Sales AdminCoordinators performs their specific functions in certain phases of sales operation of the department. He/She is primarily responsible for monitoring the administrative and clerical operation of the department. Sales Admin Team Lead is also responsible for leading sales execution within an assigned team or channel, ensuring the achievement of sales, membership acquisition, product utilization, and revenue objectives. The position translates departmental sales strategies into actionable team plans and drives consistent sales performance.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales operations, sales administration, sales monitoring, or a related function.
Experience in team supervision, sales performance monitoring, and sales report preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data monitoring and reporting, and PowerPoint for presentations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills to work effectively with team members, department heads
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage administrative records, databases, schedules, and multiple tasks.
Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
