About the Role:
The Area Manager will oversee multiple retail outlets, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and superior customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the retail appliance market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across assigned retail stores to achieve sales and profitability targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and promotions
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-store operations
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area
Willing to handle Metro Manila or North Area
