Marketing Assistant F&B Industry

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in managing social media inquiries, comments, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, promoters, DJs, photographers, and other marketing partners.
- Assist during events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
- Support the Marketing Head/Manager in daily marketing activities.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related courses.
- Experience in marketing, social media, events, or F&B/nightlife is an advantage.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing in social media content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
- Able to interact professionally with guests, clients, influencers, and business partners.
