About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media
Marketing Assistant who can help plan, create, and support content execution
that captures attention and drives engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars for clients across
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Ideate and write engaging social media content
• Support monitoring of performance metrics and assist in refining content
strategies
• Stay updated on trends and recommend timely content ideas
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager and creative team
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all social media channels
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or
equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
