Wave Bar & Restaurant Corp' is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Head for F&B Industry to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy and execution to drive growth and brand awareness for our restaurant across Quezon City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurant brand and offerings
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and promotions
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the F&B operations team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, optimizing strategies to achieve desired results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies in the food and beverage industry
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
