- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, coaching, talent management, and training and development.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
