• The Telesales Specialist is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
• Responsibilities include contacting, discussing, and explaining detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
• The Telesales Specialist will be expected to coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve targets set by the organization.
• The representative reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
• Provides reports as needed.
