Crew Welfare Assistant Manager

- Acts as a liaison between seafarers and office management, helping resolve labor complaints, workplace conflicts, and contract issues quickly.
- Monitors the welfare of seafarers' families, offering communication assistance, family travel arrangements, and support during emergencies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of crew welfare programs.
- Support the Crew Welfare Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the well-being of crew members.
- Provide support in organizing crew events and activities.
- Collect feedback from crew members to improve welfare initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, crew engagement, counseling, or a similar role in the maritime
- With strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel overseas
