Assistant Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Supervises, coaches, trains, and disciplines warehouse staff to meet productivity quotas.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations (5S) and maintains a safe, clean warehouse environment.
- Generates daily performance reports and coordinates with other departments, such as logistics or procurement.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.
- Must be Makati residence or nearby area.
