INFOR CONSULTANT / MANAGER
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced INFOR Consultant / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and improving INFOR ERP systems while working closely with business users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support INFOR ERP applications and business processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into INFOR system solutions
• Provide technical and functional support to users
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution
• Assist with INFOR implementation, configuration, testing, and system improvements
• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and other departments
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare system documentation, reports, and user guides
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and other IT teams when required
• Lead projects and ensure timely completion of INFOR-related initiatives
• Train and provide guidance to users and team members
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for INFOR projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
• at least 6mos of experience working with INFOR ERP systems preferred
• Experience in INFOR implementation, support, configuration, or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and project management skills
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• Experience managing projects or teams is an advantage for the Manager position
• Willing to work with different departments and handle multiple priorities
