We are in need of (2) Farm Hands / Farm Helper to be assigned at our Farm site in Tolentino West, Tagaytay.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least High School graduate are welcome to apply
- Well-conditioned (can lift, bend, stand for long hours)
- Willing to work in greenhouse / outdoor conditions (not afraid of heights as they may clean roofings and install nets if needed)
- Willing to be trained in hydroponics
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in farming, gardening, or hydroponics
- Basic knowledge of plant care or agriculture
- Familiar with tools, irrigation systems, or nutrient mixing
- Can work with minimal supervision
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, caring, and harvesting crops
- Assist in monitoring the irrigation system's effectivity.
- Water plants if needed and help maintain the hydroponic system.
- Assist in checking plants daily and report any problems (pests, damage, etc.)
- Help in cleaning and organizing the farm area
- Harvest, sort, and pack crops properly
- Follow instructions from the supervisor
- Help with basic farm tasks (lifting, moving materials, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment
