- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling returns and exchanges.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
