Mabilisang Sulyap sa Trabaho (Job Summary)
Naghahanap kami ng masipag, maaasahan, at mabilis kumilos na Grillman / Service Crew para sa ating Mang Inasal branch! Ikaw ang magiging responsable sa pag-ihaw ng ating signature Ihaw-Sarap Chicken Inasal, Pork BBQ, at iba pang inihaw products ayon sa tamang lasa, sukat, at kalidad na paborito ng ating mga customer.
Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin (Key Responsibilities)
- Pagaayos at Pag-ihaw: Paghahanda ng ihawan, pag-ihaw ng manok at baboy gamit ang tamang oras, apoy, at pagba-baste para matiyak ang tamang luto at linamnam.
- Mabilis na Serbisyo: Pakikipag-tulungan sa iba pang kitchen crew at cashiers upang mabilis na maibigay ang mga order, lalo na tuwing peak hours (tanghalian at hapanunan).
- Kalinisan at Food Safety: Pagpapanatili ng malinis na ihawan at kitchen area. Pagtiyak na malinis at safe ang pag-hawak sa mga raw at cooked food.
- Pangalaga sa Gamit: Pagpapanatili ng maayos at malinis na estado ng ihawan, ulingan/gripo, at iba pang kagamitan sa kusina.
Mga Katangian at Requisito (Qualifications)
- Edukasyon: High School Graduate, Senior High School, ALS Graduate, o College Level.
- Karanasan: May karanasan bilang Grillman, Kitchen Crew, o Service Crew sa fast-food o restawran ay isang plus (open din para sa mga Fresh Graduates / Entry-Level na handang matuto).
- Kondisyon ng Katawan: Malakas at kayang magtrabaho nang nakatayo at malapit sa initan/ihawan sa loob ng mahabang oras.
- Oras ng Trabaho: Handang magtrabaho sa shifting schedules, kasama ang weekends at holidays.
- Ugalik at Pag-uugali: Masipag, malinis sa katawan at sa trabaho, at marunong makisama sa mga kasamahan sa trabaho.
