Professional Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With at least 5 years of solid work experience in sales, marketing, business development, or managerial roles.
- Proven managerial experience in food manufacturing, food and beverage (F&B), food importation, or distribution industry, preferably with exposure similar to operations handled by Hightower Inc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee operations, sales performance, and business growth initiatives.
- Experienced in handling client relationships, market expansion, strategic planning, and operational coordination.
- Knowledgeable in sales forecasting, inventory coordination, distribution management, and market analysis within the food industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational and business priorities.
- Preferably residing near Parañaque, Taguig, Alabang, or Pasay areas.
- With a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily sales, marketing, and business development operations of the company.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and business profitability.
- Lead and supervise sales teams, ensuring achievement of company targets and performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and key business partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and strengthen customer engagement within the food and beverage industry.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends to support effective business decisions.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and performance evaluations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
- Represent the company during client meetings, negotiations, business presentations, and industry events.
