A property supervisor oversees a portfolio of real estate assets, managing on-site property managers, maintenance personnel, and daily operations to ensure properties stay profitable, well-maintained, and legally compliant .
Core Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the Tiangge, parking areas and other rental spaces.
Monitor in occupied and vacant stalls, parking slots, and other leasable space.
Ensure that tenants follow the approved house rules and operating procedures.
Address tenant concerns and refer unresolved issues to the Property Administrator
Monitor the monthly collection of stall rentals, parking fees and other leasable space.
Ensure that all cash and check collections are deposited on time, with proper documentation and deposit slips.
Supervise and ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all stalls, common areas, and parking areas throughout the property.
Promote available stalls, parking spaces, and other leasable space.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to supervisory position as may be assigned by Management.
Key Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any 4 years course
Experience : commercial property management experience, including supervisory roles.
Skills : Strong leadership, financial reporting, conflict resolution, and proficiency in property management software (such as Yardi or MRI).
