Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager

Description - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize cost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead and develop a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting operations as necessary to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or operations management
- Skills and Competencies: Proven skills in operations management, quality control, inventory management, and cost management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, exceptional teamwork capabilities, and effective communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
- Skills and Competencies: Computer literate with experience in restaurant management software
