JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa. Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s Degree holders in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Having 5–10 years of solid experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results. Hands-on in managing end-to-end campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting. Strong expertise in major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with the ability to drive performance and scale campaigns effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mandarin Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing influencer (KOL) partnerships targeting Mandarin-speaking markets, driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions through strategic collaborations. Responsible for overseeing the content direction to ensure brand consistency and managing structured posting schedules to guarantee timely and strategic execution across platforms. Monitor and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools. Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement. Lead negotiations with KOLs, influencers, and partner agencies, covering contracts, rates, deliverables, and timelines. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in expectations, smooth collaboration, and accurate translation of business requirements into actionable plans. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
