Account Manager B2B

Job Summary

The B2B Account Manager is responsible for spearheading the creation of the B2B market segment by developing new business strategies, building a new client base, actively and passively acquiring customers, and nurturing existing clients toward the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target assigned to the B2B Business Department.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build strong client relationships to retain existing business and acquire new customers.
• Initiate and complete client accreditation requirements and coordinate accreditation processes.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing customer needs.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business units to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Assist the Finance team with collections by conducting follow-ups and providing updated client contact information.
• Resolve client complaints and monitor all processes related to client requirements.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on time.
• Monitor the B2B sales progress of other Sales departments and take over when necessary.

Technical Job Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Package

• Salary Offer: Php 30,000.00 (subject to adjustment upon achieving sales targets for three consecutive months).
• Sales commission.
• HMO and insurance provided upon regularization.
• Sick Leave (SL) and Vacation Leave (VL) after one year of continuous employment.
• Promotion to permanent employee (starts as probationary and is subject to regularization based on performance evaluation results).
• Available to start immediately.
