Account Receivable Clerk

- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Process incoming payments and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and account discrepancies.
- Collects payment from clients (weekly)
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and financial documentation
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting principles
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
